How long am i coached for?
The initial coaching commitment is 4 months. I do ask my clients to stay with me until they have achieved their ultimate goal, completed a reverse diet, and learned how to maintain those results for life. After the initial 4 month contract, clients automatically go onto a rolling monthly membership, cancellable with 14 days notice of their next monthly subscription.
What is the investment for coaching?
My coaching programme is offered at an accessible rate of £200 monthly. This pricing is intentionally set below the industry average for personalised, world-class coaching.
My mission is to make transformative coaching available to those who have spent years navigating the ups and downs of dieting, struggling with habits, or feeling dissatisfied with their reflection.
